SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Complimentary shipping for orders above S$250. Standard shipping charges of S$10.00 apply for orders below S$250.
All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) via SingPost. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
Any orders placed and received on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed on the next working day in the order in which they are received. Orders placed and received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday). During peak periods, we seek your understanding to allow additional 2-3 business days for your orders to be shipped.

International shipping: We regret that we currently do not ship outside Singapore for orders placed at niluferfragrances.com
CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS
Once your order is successfully submitted, we regret to inform that we are not able to accommodate to any changes to the order. If you have any enquiries on your order, please contact us at info@niluferfragrances.com and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of the product purchased from niluferfragrances.com, (“Website”) you may request for a full refund or exchange by requesting to return the product within seven (7) days from the date you receive your order.
Subject to the following:
- Item must be purchased from the Website;
- Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
- All returns and exchanges requests must be accompanied with a legible copy of the original sales receipt/invoice; and
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
When you request for a refund, you will be required to return all products given during the purchase. Delivery fee will not be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We regret that we do not ship outside Singapore at this time for orders placed at niluferfragrances.com. Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address will not be processed.
